  1. Combine the lime juice, tahini, ground ginger, garlic powder, salt and water in a small bowl. Set aside for later.
  2. Add coconut oil to a skillet and heat over medium high heat.
  3. Add the diced carrots and cook for 4 minutes
  4. Add the broccoli, peppers, and 1 tsp salt and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
  5. Add in cauliflower and peas and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add in cooked protein and cook and additional 2 minutes or until protein is warm.
  7. Stir in the lime sauce you made earlier and let warm for about 1 minute.
  8. Leftovers store well in the fridge.
