  1. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to combine the pumpkin, eggs, coconut milk, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon 1/2 a teaspoon of the salt and the vanilla.
  2. Pour this into a greased slow cooker
  3. In another large bowl, use a whisk to combine the almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and coconut sugar.
  4. Sprinkle this over the pumpkin mixture in the slow cooker.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over everything and top with chopped pecans.
  6. Cook on low for three hours.
  7. Top with coconut cream if desired.
