Instructions
  1. Combine oats, coconut, flax, almonds, cinnamon and chocolate chips in a large bowl.
  2. Add in peanut butter, coconut milk and vanilla. Combine with your hands
  3. Press into a 9×13 pan and refrigerate until firm (about an hour)
  4. Cut into bars and store in the refrigerator
